Samsung’s 2025 OLED TVs Level Up Gaming with NVIDIA G-SYNC Compatibility

Get ready, gamers! Samsung has officially announced that its 2025 OLED TV lineup, starting with the flagship S95F model, will boast native NVIDIA G-SYNC compatibility. This exciting development promises a smoother, more responsive gaming experience, aiming to eliminate screen tearing and stuttering for ultimate immersion.

This move strengthens Samsung's position in the competitive gaming TV market. Previously, Samsung OLED TVs were already recognized for their excellent performance, holding AMD FreeSync Premium Pro certification. But adding G-SYNC compatibility elevates the experience for gamers using NVIDIA GPUs.

How Does G-SYNC Help? G-SYNC technology dynamically synchronizes the TV’s refresh rate with the GPU’s frame output. This real-time optimization minimizes distracting screen tearing and stuttering, resulting in clearer visuals, especially during fast-paced action.

It works in tandem with Samsung's Motion Xcelerator technology, supporting refresh rates up to 165Hz for exceptional clarity.

But it's not just about G-SYNC. These TVs still offer AMD FreeSync Premium Pro, Auto Low Latency Mode (ALLM), and the Samsung Gaming Hub – a centralized platform for accessing console and cloud gaming services like Xbox and GeForce NOW. Moreover, AI Auto Game Mode intelligently adjusts visual and audio settings based on the game content.

According to Samsung Electronics’ Visual Display Business VP Lee Sang-wook, the NVIDIA G-SYNC Compatibility certification further strengthens gaming competitiveness, promising to provide the best entertainment experience possible.

Executive VP of Samsung's Visual Display Customer Experience Team, Kevin Lee, added that the 2025 OLED TVs deliver elite-level performance for even the most competitive players with the addition of NVIDIA G-SYNC compatibility and Samsung's most advanced gaming features.

While aimed at gamers, these OLED TVs also provide strong home entertainment features: such as AI Upscaling, and Glare Free screens, and SmartThings integration to bring you a very versatile experience.

Samsung's push to integrate G-SYNC showcases their commitment to delivering a top-tier gaming experience on their OLED TVs. This enhancement, combined with existing features, positions the 2025 lineup as a compelling option for gamers seeking the best possible visuals and performance.
