The exact amount will depend on the total number of claims filed. If you believe you are eligible, even if you didn't receive an email or postcard about the settlement, you can still submit a claim form.
Apple's Response and Privacy Measures: Following the initial scandal, Apple temporarily suspended its Siri evaluation program and implemented options for users to delete Siri recordings and block them from being listened to. Subsequent updates also moved some Siri processing on-device, limiting the data uploaded to Apple's servers.
What Happens Next? After the claim period ends on July 2, a final approval hearing is scheduled for August 1. Following the hearing, and pending judge approval, the funds will be distributed to eligible Apple customers.
