But that’s not all! Niantic has also revealed the Community Day dates for June, July, and August 2025. Mark your calendars for:

  • June 21, 2025
  • July 5-6, 2025 (Community Day Classic)
  • July 20, 2025
  • August 30, 2025

These events will feature increased spawn rates, special bonuses, and exclusive moves. The Community Day Classic on July 5-6 is especially exciting, promising a return of previously featured Pokemon.

While the focus is on Community Days, Pokemon GO has plenty more planned for the summer. Get ready for Raid Days, Max Battle Days, Research Days, Hatch Days, and Shadow Raid Weekends. Scopely is ensuring there's no shortage of content, even with the annual Pokemon GO Fest on the horizon.

Speaking of other Pokemon, the first Community Day of May stars **Pawmot**, It, however, might not be the best. According to a PvP analysis, Pawmot, receiving the exclusive move Brick Break, still needs more to climb to relevance. With frail stats and reliance on powerful but self-debilitating moves like Wild Charge and Close Combat, Pawmot struggles in shielded battles. While Brick Break adds a needed STAB bait move, options like Raichu and Luxray outshine it significantly, meaning Pawmot would still need a good fast move to be really usable.

Bottom line: Prepare for a busy and exciting summer in Pokemon GO! Whether you're a seasoned trainer or a newbie, there's something for everyone to enjoy. With Community Day Classics, new event dates, and the promise of fresh content, the adventure never stops. Just maybe don't get too hyped about Pawmot :)
