Pokemon TCG Pocket: Ultra Beasts Invade in ‘Extradimensional Crisis’ Expansion

Get ready for an interdimensional invasion! The Pokémon Trading Card Game Pocket (TCG Pocket) is set to unleash its next booster pack, 'Extradimensional Crisis,' introducing the powerful and bizarre Ultra Beasts from the Pokémon Sun & Moon universe. This expansion, launching on May 29th, 2025 (May 29th at 11pm PT), promises a tidal wave of new cards, stunning artwork, and exciting gameplay.

The 'Extradimensional Crisis' expansion boasts a massive influx of 100 brand new cards. Players can expect to encounter formidable ex cards, strategic Trainer cards, and, of course, the menacing Ultra Beasts themselves. Fan-favorite Ultra Beasts like Buzzwole, Nihilego, Blacephalon, and Guzzlord are ready to dominate the arena.

Following the heels of the Alola-themed 'Celestial Guardians' set, this monthly update showcases the commitment to consistent content and expands the Pokémon TCG Pocket experience. According to The Pokémon Company, in Extradimensional Crisis, players can collect Ultra Beast Pokemon as seen in the Pokemon Sun and Pokemon Moon video games, including Buzzwole ex, Blacephalon, Nihilego, and Guzzlord ex. Players will also be able to encounter more Pokemon from the Alola region, including the debut of Type: Null.

In addition, an Ultra Beast-themed binder cover will be available through the Shop with shop tickets starting May 29, and a floral display board will be obtainable using event shop tickets gained through the upcoming wonder pick event between June 11 at 11:00 p.m. PT to June 28 at 10:59 p.m. PT.
