But the good news doesn't stop there. The same sources suggest that Rockstar is also working on a "next-gen upgrade patch" for the PS5 and Xbox Series X|S. This patch would bring improved graphics and performance to the current-gen consoles, finally addressing the long-standing complaints about the game being locked at 30fps on the PS5. For many, this upgrade is long overdue, and would bring the PS5 experience in line with what's currently available on Xbox Series X|S.
