In addition to One UI 7, the May 2025 security patch is being rolled out to address numerous security flaws in both Android and Samsung's One UI. This patch includes fixes for high-severity vulnerabilities, including some uncovered through Samsung's bug bounty program, which offers up to $1 million for disclosed vulnerabilities. This patch focuses on improving device security and user data safety.

The Galaxy S25 series is also receiving significant attention. The May update brings unspecified camera improvements, identified by version 15.0.02.42 of the camera app. Furthermore, a new version of the One UI Home plugin (version 16.0.05.59) is included. While details are scarce, these updates suggest enhanced photo quality and an improved user experience. The update, firmware version S938BXXU2AYDB, is currently rolling out in regions like Turkey.
